RED C have our own high tech 25-seater CATI Centre,  located in Dundalk, the home of many call centres in Ireland.

Our CATI interviewer staff consists of a panel of up to 50 highly trained interviewers.

Work stations all using the latest NIPO computer aided telephone equipment ensures that RED C are well placed to provide the highest levels of service and value for money to their clients.

The call centre handles various different project types including customer satisfaction, mystery shopping, churn research, catchment surveys and polling.

The call centre handles over 40,000 interviews a year.
