The ability to conduct surveys on smartphones allows us to capture vital information for clients from their customers or shoppers at the time of purchase or moment of truth.
The technology provides for a welcoming and user friendly interface that ensure consumers are engaged with the survey they are taking. It also allows for for full routing and question skipping in the same way as a standard online or telephone based survey.

Survey sent to customers by text and they then click on link to be taken directly to survey that can be completed on their phone – perfect for customer satisfaction or NPS surveys, immediate feedback surveys at conferences etc
3.Opt In Location based surveys
Members of the RED C Live panel or your own customer base can be sent surveys to an app, depending on their location or interaction, as long as they have “opted in” for the service. For instance once they visit your store a survey can be sent to opted in customers.
4.In App Surveys
Create a survey for your app with seamless link directly from your app to our survey system – to measure satisfaction with the app, provide interesting content etc
Live Reporting Portal
Data collected through the Smartphone survey can be made available in real time through an online reporting portal. This is individually designed for each client, and can include charts, tracking data, Word Cloud of verbatims etc. Data can be uploaded on a timed basis e.g. hourly and the portal allows you “Filter” by interaction OR customer type.
