The business is always developing the latest tools for use, while also ensuring the highest levels of quality and reliability in the research we conduct. Techniques used cover the complete spectrum available, from the latest trends in Social Media Tracking through to traditional high quality door to door in home research.
For any project we have the expertise to conduct all methodologies. More recently, Social Media Monitoring, Online focus groups, online surveys or build Brand Communities from our own web 2.0 online panel have become more popular. We continue to conduct a large amount of research using the more traditional methods; face to face research using either CAPI of pen and paper for intercept or in home interviewing through our panel of 250 interviewers across Ireland. Our range of qualitative research uses the latest techniques in group discussions, depth interviews and workshops through our Director level team of moderators. Finally, our telephone centre in Dundalk allows us to conduct large scale consumer and business telephone research , while our RED Express Omnibus service allows clients to add questions to a large representative sample on the fastest telephone omnibus in Ireland.
Our membership of the Worldwide Independent Network of Market Research (WIN) finally also allows us to co-ordinate all of these types of research not only in Ireland, but across 51 different countries worldwide.

To this end we are members of and abide by the codes of conduct set out by ESOMAR (The European Society of Marketing and Research), the MRS (The Market Research Society) and AIMRO (The Association of Irish Market Research Organisations).

Janna joined RED C in 2006 to manage our Field Department. Prior to this, Janna was a Senior Field Executive in Millward Brown IMS. As well as leading the face to face field department Janna also co-ordinates and help manage the entire operations deprtment at RED C. She is knowledgeable in all aspects of fieldwork, managing both quantitative and qualitative projects across an array of industry sectors from clients ranging from small organisations to multinationals. Janna places strong emphasis on high quality research and continuously works with the field team and interviewers to maintain RED C ‘s high standards in quality control.
