Research Executive for MRPI offices in Cork
This individual will be employed by RED C Research & Marketing Ltd on a contract basis for placement in MRPI offices in Cork. The individual will work with the Insight Team at MRPI (which will include another RED C employee) & will support the Head of Insight & the Insight Executive in the delivery of timely, actionable insight.
Prospective candidates should have experience in both qualitative and quantitative research techniques. The ideal candidate will also some reporting and presentation experience as it will be part of the role to keep the MRPI team informed, right to Board level. With a mix of research projects and information sources they should also be able to demonstrate excellent project management skills, and the ability to think outside of the box.
As a key member of the Insight Team you will be involved in a variety of projects. The successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of the research process, including commissioning research, project design and management, analysis and delivery of key consumer insights to the business.
The role requires a self-starter, who possesses the ability to deal confidently with individuals at all levels.
Key accountabilities are:
- Summarising CI reports on a quarterly basis to capture key market changes and the impact for the business and its brands
- Working with the marketing and trading teams to build insight into commercial plans and range reviews
- Assisting with ad hoc insight projects as required, for example: 1) Briefing agencies on ad hoc research requirements and seeking proposals 2) Responding to requests for past insight papers / research
- Dealing with queries as and when required, reporting back to Marketing colleagues with full, accurate and timely response
- Managing workload effectively, ensuring work is delivered on time and in accordance with business priorities
The package for this position is very competitive including the following:
- Contract for one year with possibility to extend to two years
- Salary depending on experience
- Discretionary bonus and salary increase after year one

Research Project Manager for RED C in Dublin
Due to the continued expansion at RED C, the company are now looking to add to their core research executive team. We are particularly interested in employing someone looking for opportunities to extend and develop their qualitative research skills.
Prospective candidates will ideally have experience in both qualitative and quantitative research techniques, but with a leaning towards more qualitative research, and have some reporting and presentation experience. As a key member of the research team at RED C you will be involved in a variety of projects, utilising the latest techniques for clients across many industries, including FMCG, Telecoms, Banking, Retail, Public Sector and Media.

Field Executive for RED C in Dublin
As a result of this growth, we are currently looking to recruit a Field Executive. This role is office based.
The Ideal Candidate should possess the following qualities/abilities:
- Multi-task and manage several projects simultaneously while maintaining excellent attention todetail.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work on own initiative and under pressure.
- Communication is vital to this role as you will be dealing with a large interviewer panel throughout the country to which you will provide direction and support mainly via telephone.
- Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Word.100% fluency in the English language.

Experience Required:
